Christopher Shattuck is a Florida-based screenwriter born and raised in Orlando. From an early age, he showed a strong passion for storytelling and creative expression, which led him to pursue screenwriting as a career. He graduated from the University of Central Florida in December 2025 with a B.A. in Film and a minor in Historical Studies.

Chris began breaking into the film industry by submitting scripts to festivals and taking on a range of production jobs, all while supporting himself through his work at Walgreens. In 2025, he won Best Short Script at the Wild Rivers Film Festival and is currently developing both a new short film and a feature-length project.

Interested in exploring multiple genres and formats, Chris aims to write for film, television, and video games. When he’s not writing, he enjoys playing video games and reading comics from his home just outside Orlando. His favorite game is Mass Effect, and his favorite films are Finding Nemo and La La Land. He also enjoys taking long walks at night, often finding inspiration along the way.
